Higenamine Uses and Benefits

This is pure Higenamine powder, the main uses and benefits of Higenamine are:

  • Higenamine works as a stimulant to help increase focus and mental clarity.
  • Some analysis is showing that Higenamine doesn't influence nitric oxide manufacturing like various other stimulants. This is truly an amazing break through for weight lifters and explosive sports athletes as imagine an item where you can get the most of your Nitric Oxide health supplement and still get stimulating energy, this is just what Higenamine is beginning to do.
  • Higenamine is a pre-workout supplement that can improve athletic performance.
  • Higenamine can function as a fat burner – it is a catecholamine-like structure that interacts with the same course of receptors that the fat burners Synephrine and Ephedrine do.
  • Higenamine is incredibly helpful to your lung area, particularly if you have actually related conditions, such as asthma. Information technology has been verified that Higenamine does have physiological qualities that could induce the relaxation of the trachea.
  • Higenamine has also been shown to promote much better vascular relaxation and vasodilation.
  • Higenamine has also been found to advertise much better erection in men via beta-adergenic interactions.

Higenamine Usage, Dosage and Side Effects

How
Higenamine can be taken by adding the recommended dose to drinks such as water or fruit juice, or by placing the recommended dose into empty capsules and swallowed.

When

Higenamine should be taken before a workout.

Dosage

The appropriate dose of Higenamine depends on several factors such as the user's age, health and weight. At this time there is not enough scientific information to determine an appropriate range of doses. At present 47.5mg is said to be the recommended daily dosage.

Side Effects

At present there has been no scientific research completed on humans in relation to side effects of Higenamine. Much of the data comes from rat studies. Needless to say, it's extremely well tolerated - it's been in the food supplies and traditional medicine for centuries with no problems.

Information on Higenamine

Higenamine hcl, commonly known as demethyl coclaurine, and norcoclaurine in the chemical field. Higenamine is defined as a chemical compound found in a variety of plants including Nandina domestica, Aconitum carmichaelii, Asarum heterotropioides, Galium divaricatum, Annona squamosa, and Nelumbo nucifera (lotus seeds). Higenamine has a long history of use in traditional medicine in ancient China. Historically, the plants that higenamine comes from have been used to treat breathing disorders and cough through these receptors.

Higenamine, with its catecholamine-like structure, has been isolated in several plant species including including Nandia domestica (fruit), Aconitum carmichaeli or Aconitum japonicum (Aconite root), Asarum heterotropoides (root), Gnetum parvifolium (stem/vine), Anona squamosa (stem and leaves) and Nelumbo nucifera (seed).

Through the β-adrenoceptors higenamine mediates cardiotonic, vascular relaxation and bronchodilator effects. This compound particularly shows promise as a beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonist similar to that of ephedra or synepherine and has demonstrated the ability to increase the expression of cyclic adenosine monophosphate. This may result in a lipolytic effect from human consumption.

In further studies to explore the components of Nandia domestica on tracheal smooth muscle relaxant activity, HG was tested in an isolated guinea pig tracheal ring which showed to be remarkably active in relaxing a histamine- precontracted trachea through stimulation of beta-2 adrenoceptors.

Although it primarily works within the subunit of the beta-2 adrenergic receptor (HG) also has shown to be an effective agonist of the beta-1 adrenergic receptor. A study done testing Higenamine on a murine atria observed that this compound increased rate and the force of contraction, with the maximal responses being comparable with those of isoproterenol.

A study in 2011 through the Gyeongsang National University School of Medicine found Higenamine also relaxed rat corpus cavernosum via the β-adrenoceptors while studying its effects on erectile dysfunction. The murine group pretreated with higenamine, revealed a relaxation reaction of corpus cavernosum induced by the PDE-5 inhibitor increased significantly, compared with CC exposed to the PDE-5 inhibitor but not pretreated with higenamine.

Higenamine has also shown anti- platelet and anti-thrombotic effects. In the investigation done by the Seoul National University, an acute thrombotic condition was induced in mice by the injection of the mixture of collagen and epinephrine. Higenamine showed inhibitory activities to both human and rat platelet aggregation induced by ADP, collagen and epinephrine. The oral administration of higenamine had increased the recovery rates from the acute thrombotic challenge in mice.

In terms of toxicity, the compound is estimated to be present at approximately 47.5 mg in a 9 ounce serving of lotus (Nelumbo nucifera) seeds so it is estimated that the level of consumption occurring in food has already approximated that which will be used in the dietary supplement. However, in addition to this calculation, an acute toxicity study in mice revealed no deaths at a dose of 2 g/kg, indicating that the compound does not possess overt toxicity in an acute setting after oral administration.
