• Shipping FAQ

1.  Select the product you wish to purchase and select add to basket. Please then enter the quantity you require to order.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
2. If more than one product is required then you can continue to add products to your basket until completed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
3. To view your basket contents select view basket located on the left hand side of the home page.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               
4. Once you have added all products required, if you have a voucher code for discounts enter it into the box.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
5. Select your delivery choice. If the product weight is between 0-5 KG and is being delivered inside the UK, standard delivery may be used. If you require an urgent, next day delivery please contact us for more information.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
6. If the product weight is 100KG or 250KG palletised shipping is necessary. For 100KG please select one pallet from the drop down arrow under delivery rate. For 250KG please select 2 pallets.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
7. The total balance should then appear on the right hand side of the screen. If this is correct select proceed to checkout. If you wish to delete items from your shopping basket select the quantity as 0 and select update.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    
8. Complete the delivery form on screen as directed. Please ensure a valid email address is given as confirmation of your order and payment will be sent to that address.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
9. Select continue.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         
10. Select billing address (if paying by card, ensure the billing address is the same as where the card is registered). If the billing address is different from the delivery address select create new address and enter details. NOTE: delivery address will be stored as previously entered.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  
11. 12. You must then enter your intended use for the product - this is strictly for internal use only.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
13. Select submit form.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 
14. You must now select the method of payment. If credit / debit card or paypal account is selected, then a PayPal account is needed. For card payments without using PayPal select Protx.                                                                                                              
15. If all checkout information is correct select place order. If details are incorrect select to change details from the options written in green.                                                                                                                                                                     
16. Select the payment method and enter details as requested.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        
17. Select proceed.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     
18. The payment should then be authorised and a confirmation email will be sent to the address given.
