Absolutly worth ever penny Review by Klaus

For me this is the most economic and easy way to take Vitamin D.
For quite a while I was taking the 10000IU oil based capsules.
I pinched a hole into them and squeezed the contents under my tongue to
let it be absorbed by the mucosa. That way the Vitamin D goes directly into
the blood stream. When I took the contents of two pills in this manner I could
really feel an effect like an overdose of caffeine within ten minutes.
I did this every few days and this gave me more energy during the day.
The only thing I did not like was the taste of the oil.
Then I ordered this D3 powder to save me some Euros.
Before I even took it internally I thought I give it a try and let it dissolve under my tongue.
To my surprise it works but I have to be careful not to take more than the tip of a table spoon,
otherwise my heart starts racing, which lasts about 30 minutes.
I gave this product five stars in all three categories because it just works for me and
it is absolutely the most economic way to take vitamin d.
I don't know why Value is listed separately because for me Quality and Price make up Value.
But then again, English is not my first language.

A really great way to take vitamin D3. For best results take it with something oily or fatty like cream, butter or some kind of oil.
I put this in size 00 gelatin capsules and on average there is between 5,700 and 60,000 IU per capsule which is perfect for a 1 capsule dose every 2 weeks. Works out at on average somewhere around 4,300 IU per day that way and then I do not need to get my scales out to weigh since I know now how much fits in per capsule (only fill the body up and leave the cap empty when you place it on.)
