L-Citrulline Powder Usage, Dosage and Side Effects:
|How||L-Citrulline can be taken by adding the recommended dose to drinks such as water or fruit juice, or by placing the recommended dose into empty capsules and swallowed.|
|When||L-Citrulline is best taken in the morning prior to training.|
|Dosage||As a dietary supplement we recommend taking 2 grams of L-Citrulline up to 3 times daily.|
|Side Effects||At very high dosages L-Citrulline may cause stomach upset and problems with digestive health.|
