Coupon Codes
To apply your coupon code when you have added the items you wish to purchase to your shopping basket click on "view basket" in the top right hand side of the screen. You can then enter the code below the item description and click "add coupon" the discount will automatically be applied, happy shopping!
Opening Hours
Please note that we are closed for business between Christmas and New Year. Our Christmas opening hours are;

- Monday 2nd January CLOSED
- Tuesday 3rd January - Business as usual!
During these times the offices are closed, but we aim to respond to all enquiries within 48hrs.
Collections
You can collect from our warehouse Monday to Friday 9am to 4.30pm. We request that you contact us in advance so we can ensure that the products are in stock and ready when you arrive. Please call us to arrange collections on 01282 878254. Due to health and safety purposes we can only deal with collections over £100.
We require that identification be provided for cash transactions on certain products and will provide more information when you contact us. Suitable forms of identification are driving licence, Passport, Recently utility or phone bill, insurance certificates.
Due Diligence
To meet the requirements of our insurance policy we require customers who are collecting and wish to pay cash to complete "due diligence" forms. An example of this can be found here.
