Magnesium Citrate Usage, Dosage and Side Effects:
|How||Magnesium Citrate can be taken by adding the recommended dose to drinks such as water or fruit juice, or by placing the recommended dose to empty capsules and swallowed.|

if i had to choose just one supplement, it would definitely be Magnesium. A real life saver - instantly calms me down.

I've used this in the bath so far, and I have notice a great help with muscle fatigue. One word of warning, never measure out with a damp hand! I had forgotten my first year chemistry.
