If we have run out of stock of a particular product on your order we will aim to inform you immediately and provide an estimated day of new stock arriving and an updated delivery date. Poland Express ShippingWe can now offer a tracked, express shipping service (1-2 working days) for all locations in Poland via DHL for up to and including 25kg. Please use the shipping calculator on the product page for an up to date quote. For orders over 25kg please contact a member of the team prior to placing your order if you require express shipping.

We have over 8 years experience exporting goods around the globe and frequently ship to Australia, Canada, Europe and the US. We have close ties with customs in numerous countries and have developed an efficient documentation system to ensure the safe passage of your goods.
However, we are not able to offer guaranteed customs clearance and it is YOUR responsibility to check your country’s importing laws in relation to the products you have ordered. Any orders that are seized and destroyed by customs will NOT be refunded.
Duties & Taxes:
In certain countries, it is common for Duties & Taxes to be paid when importing products. Please note, it is YOUR responsibility to pay any Duties & Taxes that may occur and it is not included in the delivery charge. Any orders that are returned to us due to any Duties & Taxes not being paid will be subject to admin fees which will be deducted from your final refund. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
Failure to Respond to Courier Correspondence:
In certain countries it is common for couriers to contact the buyer of goods before they are released. If the courier tries to contact you and you fail to respond, resulting in goods being returned, you will be subject to admin fees which will be deducted from your final refund. The original delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
