Delivery
How are goods dispatched?
UK Mainland Items weighing up to 260kg will be sent via courier on a next working day service - DPD. Items weighing over 260kg will be sent via road haulage on a 1-2 working day service - Fagan & Whalley.
How much is delivery?
We do offer a free UK Mainland express next day delivery service.
How do I know if my item has been dispatched?
All orders placed before 1pm (GMT) will be shipped that day, dependent on payment and stock availability.
Can I collect my item from your facility?
Yes, please contact us via telephone or email to arrange a store collection.
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to most countries worldwide.
What if I miss the delivery?
If a courier is unable to deliver your item, a card will be left and the courier will attempt to re-deliver on the following working day.

Due to the nature of our business we do not have live stock figures displayed on the website.

If your order is successful you will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received and is being processed.

What is Microcrystalline Cellulose Powder?
Microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) is a purified, partially depolymerized cellulose obtained from wood pulp that occurs as a white, odourless, tasteless, crystalline powder composed of porous particles. MCC is available in a variety of different particle sizes and moisture grades that have different properties and applications. Microcrystalline cellulose 102 is an excellent inert excipient with uses in pharmaceutical manufacturing, food processing and cosmetics.
What is the structure of Microcrystalline Cellulose?
Microcrystalline Cellulose Powder is a naturally occurring polymer,It is composed of glucose units connected by a 1-4 beta glycosidic bond. It has a crystalline structure that is insoluble in water, ethanol, ether and dilute mineral acids. MCC is also resistant to reagents.

What are Microcrystalline cellulose side effects?
Chemically, it is an inert substance, is not degraded during digestion and has no appreciable absorption and therefore extremely limited side effects. In large quantities it provides dietary bulk and may lead to a laxative effect.
Which grade of microcrystalline cellulose is best?
Microcrystalline cellulose 102 is the most commonly used form of the product due the best combination of physical properties. Higher-density grades have improved flowability. The larger-particle-size grades generally provide better flow properties in pharmaceutical machinery. Low-moisture grades are used with moisture-sensitive materials. Several co-processed mixtures of microcrystalline cellulose with other excipients such as magnesium stearate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, and guar gum are available for specific applications.
Is microcrystalline cellulose safe?
Yes, MCC 102 is GRAS listed. Accepted for use as a food additive in Europe. Included in the FDA Inactive Ingredients Database

Microcrystalline cellulose is obtained from natural wood and not processed with any animal products making it suitable for both vegans & vegetarians

What is the dosage of mannitol
Mannitol dose is set at a maximum advised limit of 20 grams per day. If being used for medical reasons or intravenously this should be discussed with your doctor

How do I return an item?

What is your returns policy?
You have the right to cancel the goods within 14 working days, known as the “cooling off” period which should be notified in writing.
How long does it take to process returns?
We aim to process any returns within 2 working days of receiving them.
How long will it be before I get an exchange?
After your return has been processed, as long as we have the exchange items in stock, you should receive them within 3 working days for UK orders and 14 days for international orders.
Who pays for return postage?
You are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. If you are returning an item for a refund we will refund you the full amount MINUS the original delivery cost and will not reimburse the cost of you returning the item to us.

There is no set credit that you can apply for.

If the appropriate credit checks deem you are not suitable for credit we will notify you of the decision immediately.
Can I still apply for a Trade Account if I have a poor credit history?
Yes, you can still apply for a Trade Account. We will only credit check applicants that have requested credit.
