|How to take Guarana||Guarana Extract can be taken by adding the recommended dose to drinks such as water or fruit juice, or by placing the recommended dose to empty capsules and swallowed.|
|When to take Guarana Extract||It can be taken at any time in the day; however it is best used before a workout. Also, due to its high caffeine content it is advised not to take it before going to bed.|
|Guarana Dosage||The recommended dose depends on the user's age and health, and can range from 500mg to 1.5g. Please note we are not medical professionals. If you are unsure how to use this product, please speak to a medical practitioner.|
|Guarana Extract Side Effects||People with heart conditions, diabetes, high blood pressure, epilepsy, hyperthyroidism, anxiety, insomnia and kidney disease should not use guarana extract.|
